摘 要:针对深部软岩巷道围岩难以控制的难题,以平煤十二矿己_(16-17)-31020回风巷切眼交岔点为研究对象,通过理论分析、数值模拟和现场试验等方法,开展了深部软岩巷道主动支护与围岩稳定耦合控制技术的研究。首先,通过理论分析,确定了冒落拱的高度。在此基础上,建立数值模型,通过数值模拟分析了无主动支护时交岔点的变形规律;其次,通过现场试验,分析了切眼交岔点双重支护时围岩的变形规律;然后,通过理论分析,探讨了复合顶板巷道围岩变形与主动支护的耦合关系;最后,通过现场试验,验证了切眼主动支护条件下围岩的稳定性。结果表明,切眼主动支护时巷道支护质量良好,可有效提高巷道的稳定性。Aiming at the problem that the surrounding rock of deep soft rock roadway is difficult to control,taking the open-off cut intersection of Ji _(16-17)-31020 return airway in Pingdingshan No.12 Coal Mine as the research object,the coupling control technology of active supporting and surrounding rock stability of deep soft rock roadway was studied by means of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field test.Firstly,through theoretical analysis,the height of the caving arch was determined.On this basis,a numerical model was established,and the deformation law of the intersection point without active supporting was analyzed by numerical simulation.Secondly,through the field test,the deformation law of the surrounding rock during double support at the intersection of open-off cut was analyzed.Then,through theoretical analysis,the coupling relationship between surrounding rock deformation and active supporting of composite roof roadway was discussed.Finally,the stability of surrounding rock under the condition of active support was verified by field test.The results show that the quality of roadway support is good when the open-off cut is actively supported,which can effectively improve the stability of roadway.
