摘　　要：文章基于2010—2021年省级面板数据,采用双向固定效应模型,分析农业保险对农业经济韧性的影响效果、作用机制及异质性。研究发现:中国农业经济韧性水平整体呈现上升趋势,但区域差距也比较明显,呈东高西低的阶梯状;农业保险能显著提升农业经济韧性,该结论在进行各类稳健性检验并解决内生性问题后依然稳健;农业保险对农业经济韧性的促进作用具有异质性,在西部欠发达地区和农业经济韧性水平较低区域表现得较为明显,而在东中部较发达地区和农业经济韧性水平较高地区的作用不明显;增加农户收入和促进乡村产业兴旺是农业保险赋能农业经济韧性的重要渠道。基于此,文章建议因地制宜地制定农业保险政策,充分发挥农业保险在增收、优化产业结构的中介效用。Based on provincial panel data from 2010 to 2021,this study employs a two-way fixed effects model to analyze the impact,mechanisms,and heterogeneity of agricultural insurance on the resilience of agricultural economy.The research findings indicate that the overall level of resilience in China’s agricultural economy has shown an increasing trend,but regional disparities are also quite apparent,presenting a stepwise pattern with higher levels in the east and lower levels in the west.Agricultural insurance significantly enhances the resilience of agricultural economy,a conclusion which remains robust after conducting various robustness tests and addressing endogeneity.The promotion effect of agricultural insurance on the resilience of agricultural economy exhibits heterogeneity,being more pronounced in underdeveloped areas in the western region and areas with lower levels of resilience in agricultural economy,while less significant in relatively developed areas in the eastern and central regions and areas with higher levels of resilience in agricultural economy.Increasing household income and promoting the prosperity of rural industries are important channels for agricultural insurance to empower agricultural econornic resilience.Therefore,the paper suggests tailoring agricultural insurance policies to local conditions and fully leveraging the intermediary effects of agricultural insurance in increasing income and optimizing industrial structure.
