摘 要:随着“双碳”目标的提出,既有建筑在运营阶段如何有效减碳成为一个重要议题。以获得多项绿色建筑认证的重庆市设计院建研楼为研究对象,通过分析其2022年碳排放数据和建筑驻户满意度,结合实际运营情况,提出了基于驻户满意度的运营优化策略。通过再次收集和分析其2023年碳排放数据和建筑驻户满意度,并采用基于驻户满意度的建筑运营效果评价方法对项目2a的运营效果进行了多维度的量化对比。结果显示,运营优化策略的实施,同时实现了单位建筑面积碳排放量的降低和建筑驻户满意度的提升。研究表明,科学的运营策略是既有绿色办公建筑在保证驻户满意度的基础上,实现进一步建筑运营减碳的有效措施。为国内既有绿色办公建筑运营策略减碳提供了实证案例。With the proposal of"dual carbon"goals,how to effectively reduce carbon in the operation stage of existing buildings has become an important subject.This study takes the construction and research building of Chongqing Design Institute,which has obtained a number of green building certifications,as the research object,and by analyzing its carbon emission data and building resident satisfaction in 2022,combined with the actual operation situation,puts forward the operation optimization strategy based on resident satisfaction.By collecting and analyzing the carbon emission data and building resident satisfaction in 2023 again,and using the building operation effect evaluation method based on resident satisfaction,the multi-dimensional quantitative comparison is made on the operation effect of the project in two years.The results show that the implementation of the operation optimization strategy achieves the reduction of carbon emissions per unit of building area,and at the same time achieves the improvement of building resident satisfaction.The study shows that scientific operation strategy is an effective measure to achieve further carbon reduction of existing green office buildings on the basis of ensuring household satisfaction.This study provides an case for carbon reduction of existing green office building operation strategies in China.
