生态旅居园区规划设计理念与方法探析——以普陀山观音文化园居士学院为例

摘　　要：针对舟山市海洋性和多台风气候的地理环境,以普陀山观音文化园居士学院的规划设计为例进行分析。结合以禅意文化、生态建筑为导向的设计理念,注重采用环境监测技术、生态绿岛、多方面遮阳等绿色生态设计手法,减少海洋潮湿多盐的不利影响,同时营造以生态和人文关怀为本的舒适健康空间,使其成为繁华都市人群放松心灵的后花园。总结该类型产品的设计方法,同时对未来生态绿色禅修旅居园区的规划设计提出需要注意的问题及设计原则和方法。In the view of the geographical environment located in Zhoushan Oceanic and multi-typhoon climate,taking the planning and design of Lay Buddhist College of Cultural Park in Putuo Mountain for instance,combining the ecology green Zen sojourn concept,focus on using green ecological design techniques such as environmental monitoring technology,ecological green islands,and multi-faceted shading to reduce the adverse effects of ocean moisture and salinity.At the same time,create a comfortable and healthy space based on ecology and humanistic care,that becomes a backyard for busy urban people to relax their minds.Summarizes the design methods of this type of product,and puts forward the problems that need attention and design principles and methods for the planning and design of the future ecological meditation and sojourn park.
