高温热浪条件下老年人群室内热舒适性研究——以成都市老住区为例

摘  要:为探究老年人在高温热浪条件下的热舒适性,选取连续3 d最高气温超过35℃的室外温度条件,在成都市老住区进行室内热环境实测,同时发放502人次的有效主观热舒适度问卷调查,使用相关性分析、回归分析法对数据进行处理和统计。研究结果发现:成都市夏季室内实测老年组和非老年组热中性温度分别为25.5℃和25.1℃;老年组、非老年组中90%可接受的热舒适温度分别为25.1~27.2℃和24.3~25.5℃。此外,对比了老年人群与青年人群在高温热浪条件下的降温方式,进一步找到老年人的热适应性特征,为提高老年人居住建筑应对高温热浪气候的韧性、保障老年人群健康、推动城市更新提供数据支持。In order to investigate the thermal comfort of the elderly under high-temperature heat wave conditions,outdoor temperature conditions with a maximum temperature exceeding 35℃for three consecutive d were selected,and the indoor thermal environment was measured indoors in the old residential area of Chengdu City,while a valid subjective thermal comfort questionnaire was distributed to 502 people,and the data were processed and statistically analysed using correlation and regression analyses.The results of the study found that:the measured indoor thermal neutral temperatures in summer in Chengdu city were 25.5℃and 25.1℃for the elderly and non-elderly groups,respectively;and that 90%of the acceptable thermal comfort temperatures in the elderly and non-elderly groups ranged from 25.1 to 27.2℃and 24.3 to 25.5℃,respectively.In addition,the cooling methods of the elderly group and the youth group under high-temperature heat wave conditions were compared to further find the thermal adaptive characteristics of the elderly,which will provide data support for improving the resilience of residential buildings for the elderly to cope with high-temperature and heat wave climates,safeguarding the health of the elderly group,and promoting urban renewal.
