摘 要:商业办公建筑能耗占建筑总能耗的比例较高,商业办公建筑中的制冷机房能耗占建筑总能耗的比例约为18%~30%,因此降低制冷机房能耗是商业办公建筑节能的关键。以广东省某商业办公建筑现有制冷机房节能改造为例,以全年平均设计能效EERad≥5.16为目标,从冷水机组、水泵、冷却塔3方面进行优化,并结合项目负荷特点制定3个制冷机房优化改造方案,通过全年能耗模拟发现优化方案2(即采用变频螺杆机、水泵扬程降低10 m以上、冷冻水进出水温6/12℃、冷却水进出水温31/38℃)的节能效果最明显,可为大型公共建筑制冷机房性能优化提供技术借鉴。Commercial office buildings consume a higher proportion of total building energy consumption,commercial office buildings in the refrigeration plant room energy consumption of about 18%to 30%of the total building energy consumption,so reduce the refrigeration plant room energy consumption is the key to commercial office building energy efficiency.A commercial office building in Guangdong Province,for example,the existing refrigeration plant room energy-saving transformation to the annual average design energy efficiency EERad≥5.16 as the goal,from the chiller,pumps,cooling towers to optimize three aspects,and combined with the project load characteristics of the refrigeration plant room optimization and transformation of the development of three programs,through the annual energy simulation found that the optimization of the program two(i.e.,the use of inverter screw machine,pump head reduced by more than 10 m,chilled water inlet and outlet water temperature of 6/30%).Through the annual energy consumption simulation,it is found that the energy-saving effect of the optimisation scheme II(i.e.adopting variable frequency screw machine,reducing pump head by more than 10 m,chilled water inlet and outlet temperature of 6/12℃,cooling water inlet and outlet temperature of 31/38℃)is the most obvious,and it can provide technical reference for the optimisation of refrigeration plant rooms in large public buildings.
