摘  要:为了在建筑领域更好地践行“双碳”目标,分析了低碳建造内涵,梳理了低碳建造实施流程,提出基于“算评控考”的建筑企业低碳建造管理体系,包括工程项目碳排放预测与计量、评价分析、控制策略制定与实施以及对实施效果的考核。该体系在示范工程中成功应用,总碳排放减少10737.85 t,碳排放占比仅4.84%。研究成果将有效推动建筑企业低碳转型,为建筑企业进入碳排放交易市场提供了技术体系和数据支撑,对实现建筑工程建造阶段的“双碳”目标具有积极推动作用。In order to better practice the“dual carbon”goals in the construction field,the connotation of low-carbon construction is analysed,the implementation process of low-carbon construction is sorted out,and a low-carbon construction management system based on"calculation,evaluation,control and examination"is proposed for construction enterprises,which includes the prediction and measurement of carbon emissions from projects,evaluation,analysis,formulation and implementation of control strategies,and assessment of the implementation results.analysis,control strategy formulation and implementation,and assessment of implementation effect.The system was successfully applied in the demonstration project,and the total carbon emission was reduced by 10737.85 t,with a carbon emission share of only 4.84%.The research results will effectively promote the low-carbon transformation of construction enterprises,provide a technical system and data support for construction enterprises to enter the carbon emissions trading market,and positively promote the“dual carbon”goals in the construction phase of construction projects.
