摘 要:相对于石英砂(以下简称“QS”)和天然砂(以下简称“NS”),机制砂(以下简称“MS”)资源丰富、价格低廉,使用MS制备超高性能混凝土(以下简称“UHPC”)可降低成本。总结了影响MS-UHPC抗压强度的因素,并对矿山尾矿制备MS-UHPC的可行性和贵州省MS-UHPC的骨料成本进行讨论和分析。结论表明,MS的母岩特性、掺量、级配、石粉含量是影响MS-UHPC抗压强度的关键因素。MS坚固性越好、形貌越接近球形,MS-UHPC的抗压强度越高;合适的掺量和石粉含量、良好的级配可以提高MS-UHPC紧密堆积密度,增加密实性,提高抗压强度。此外,在合适的胶凝材料总量、补充胶凝材料掺量、钢纤维掺量,以及合适的养护制度下,MS-UHPC的抗压强度提高。分析结果可为相关研究提供参考。Compared with quartz sand(hereinafter referred to as“QS”)and natural sand(hereinafter referred to as“NS”),mechanism sand(hereinafter referred to as“MS”)is abundant and inexpensive,and its use can reduce the cost of preparing ultra-high performance concrete(hereinafter referred to as“UHPC”).The use of mechanism sand(hereinafter referred to as“MS”)for the preparation of ultra-high performance concrete(hereinafter referred to as“UHPC”)can reduce the cost.The factors affecting the compressive strength of MS-UHPC are summarised,and the feasibility of preparing MS-UHPC from mine tailings and the aggregate cost of MS-UHPC in Guizhou Province are discussed and analysed.The conclusions show that the parent rock properties,dosing,grading,and stone powder content of MS are the key factors affecting the compressive strength of MS-UHPC.The better the MS firmness and the closer the morphology is to the spherical shape,the higher the compressive strength of MS-UHPC is;the appropriate dosing and stone powder content,and good grading can increase the density of compact stacking of MS-UHPC,increase the densification,and improve the compressive strength.In addition,the compressive strength of MS-UHPC increases under the suitable total amount of cementitious materials,supplementary cementitious materials dosing,steel fibre dosing,and suitable maintenance regime.The results of the analysis can provide references for related studies.
