摘  要:在建筑节能改造背景下,建筑外保温系统病害治理已成为重要的研究课题。然而,因外保温黏结性能下降,为预防脱落病害而更换整个外保温系统导致资源浪费、成本高等问题,针对点粘工艺构造的外保温薄抹灰系统,采用原位修缮技术对外保温系统进行加固,并对6种修缮材料的黏结性能进行试验对比研究。研究结果表明:原位修缮技术可有效提高外保温系统的黏结强度,基于水泥基的B类复合修缮材料的外保温系统整体黏结强度提升了100%,发泡聚氨酯修缮材料的平均新增有效黏结率为45.8%,而水泥基复合胶粘剂为35%。研究结果可为建筑外保温系统低成本修缮及修缮材料的选择提供指导。In the context of building energy-saving renovation,the management of external insulation system diseases has become an important research topic.However,due to the decline in the bonding performance of the external insulation,there is a waste of resources and high cost problems in replacing the entire external insulation system to prevent the shedding disease.For the external insulation thin plaster system constructed by point-bonding process,the in-situ repair technology was adopted to reinforce the external insulation system,and a comparative study was conducted on the bonding performance of the six types of repair materials.The results of the study show that the in-situ repair technology can effectively improve the bond strength of the external thermal insulation system,the overall bond strength of the external thermal insulation system based on the cement-based Class B composite repair material is increased by 100%,the average new effective bond rate of the foamed polyurethane repair material is 45.8%,while the cement-based composite adhesive is 35%.The results of the study can provide guidance for the selection of low-cost repair and repair materials for building exterior insulation systems.
