摘　　要：模卡砌体墙是一种整体性好并具有保温性能的结构墙体。通过对上海市浦东新区某小学项目模卡砌块墙的应用进行分析,阐述了模卡砌块墙在该项目预制率计算方面的贡献值,从成本和工期等角度总结了模卡砌块墙在传统现浇结构中应用的特点和优势,分析了模卡砌块墙的应用前景,为应用自保温模卡砌块墙的开发和管理提供参考。Moulded card masonry wall is a kind of structural wall with good integrity and thermal insulation performance.By analysing the application of moulded card block wall in a primary school project in Pudong New Area,Shanghai,the contribution value of moulded card block wall in the calculation of prefabrication rate of the project is elaborated,the characteristics and advantages of moulded card block wall in the application of traditional cast-in-place structure are summarised from the perspectives of cost and duration,and the application prospect of moulded card block wall is analysed,which will provide references for the application of self-insulating moulded card block wall in the development and management of the project.
