摘　　要：目的了解老年血液透析患者内在能力(Intrinsic Capacity,IC)的现状并分析其影响因素。方法选择2022年11月-2023年6月规律血液透析的317名老年患者,完成一般资料、IC、血液透析自我管理量表、透析资料、外环境、实验室指标的调查,分析IC的影响因素。结果IC受损者298例(94.0%),IC总均分为(79.56±12.02)分。多重线性回归分析结果显示,性别、年龄、人均月收入、吸烟、饮酒、居住方式、每次透析时长、透析器种类、是否规律透析、血液透析自我管理总分、实验室指标、外环境是IC的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论老年血液透析患者IC受损率较高,相关人员应及早采取干预措施以提高患者IC,将失能预防的关口前移。Objective Understand the current status of Intrinsic Capacity(IC)in elderly hemodialysis patients and analyze its influencing factors.Methods 317 elderly patients undergoing regular hemodialysis from November 2022 to June 2023 were selected to complete a survey on general information,IC,hemodialysis self-management scale,dialysis data,external environment,and laboratory indicators,and analyze the influencing factors of IC.Results 298 cases(94.0%)suffered from IC damage,with a total average IC score of(79.56±12.02).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,age,per capita monthly income,smoking,alcohol consumption,lifestyle,duration of each dialysis session,type of dialyzer,regular dialysis,total self-management score of hemodialysis,laboratory indicators,and external environment were the main influencing factors of IC(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of IC damage in elderly hemodialysis patients is relatively high.Relevant personnel should take early intervention measures to improve the patient’s IC and move the barrier of disability prevention forward.
