摘　　要：本综述探讨了急诊科男性护理人员职业倦怠感的研究进展,聚焦于其工作环境的特殊挑战、职业倦怠感的定义、评估工具及影响因素。强调了急诊科男性护士在医疗体系中的重要性,分析了职业倦怠对其身心健康及工作表现的影响。通过对国内外研究的梳理,识别了职业倦怠的主要影响因素,并提出了个人、组织及社会层面的干预策略,展望了未来研究方向,以期为急诊科男性护理人员提供更全面的支持,促进其职业发展和心理健康。This review examines the research progress on burnout among male nursing staff in the emergency department,focusing on the particular challenges of their work environment,the definition of burnout,assessment tools,and influencing factors.The importance of male emergency department nurses in the healthcare system is emphasized,and the impact of burnout on their physical and mental health and work performance is analyzed.By combing domestic and international studies,the main influencing factors of burnout are identified,and intervention strategies at the individual,organizational and social levels are proposed,and future research directions are envisioned,with the aim of providing more comprehensive support for male nursing staff in the emergency department to promote their career development and psychological health.
