经鼻内镜低温等离子消融切除术治疗鼻前庭囊肿的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经鼻内镜低温等离子消融切除术治疗鼻前庭囊肿的疗效。方法选择我院2022年1月-2024年1月期间收治的60例鼻前庭囊肿患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为研究组和对照组各30例,对照组采用鼻内镜下鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术,研究组采用鼻内镜下低温等离子消融切除术,比较两组术中、术后各项指标。结果研究组术中失血量远低于对照组,研究组术后切口愈合时间、住院天数均短于对照组,研究组术后并发症发生率、疼痛评分、血清炎症因子指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在鼻前庭囊肿手术治疗时,鼻内镜下低温等离子消融切除术具有减轻手术创伤、减轻术后炎症反应和疼痛感、减少术后并发症的优势,有助于加快术后康复。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic plasma ablation in the treatment of nasal vestibular cyst.Methods A total of 60 patients with nasal vestibular cyst from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly into study group and control group in our hospital,the control group was treated with nasal vestibular cyst uncovering under nasal endoscope,and the study group was treated with plasma ablation under nasal endoscope.The intraoperative and postoperative indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of blood loss during operation in the study group was much less than that in the control group,the postoperative wound healing time and length of hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications,pain score and serum inflammatory factors in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of nasal vestibular cyst,plasma ablation under nasal endoscope has the advantages of reducing operative trauma,relieving postoperative inflammatory reaction and pain,and reducing postoperative complications,help to speed up the postoperative recovery.
