摘  要:目的探讨PDCA循环在结核分枝杆菌基因检测中的应用效果。方法随机抽取2023年6月-2024年6月我院行结核分枝杆菌基因检测切片70张,行PDCA循环处理,记录PDCA循环实施前、后结核分枝杆菌基因切片优良率和阳性率。结果PDCA循环实施后结核分枝杆菌基因切片优良率为97.14%(68/70)、阳性率为65.71%(46/70),均高于PDCA循环实施前的88.57%(62/70)、31.43%(22/70),有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在结核分枝杆菌基因检测中使用PDCA循环,有利于提高结核分枝杆菌基因切片优良率及阳性率,有望提高结核的诊断准确率。Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle in genetic detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.Methods 70 sections of Mycobacterium tuberculosis gene test were randomly selected from June 2023 to June 2024 in our hospital and treated with PDCA cycle.The excellence rate and positive rate of mycobacterium tuberculosis gene section were recorded before and after PDCA cycle implementation.Results After the implementation of PDCA cycle,the excellence rate of gene section of Mycobacterium tuberculosis was 97.14%(68/70),and the positive rate was 65.71%(46/70),which were higher than 88.57%(62/70)and 31.43%(22/70)before the implementation of PDCA cycle,and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PDCA cycle in mycobacterium tuberculosis gene detection is beneficial to improve the excellence rate and positive rate of mycobacterium tuberculosis gene section,and is expected to improve the diagnostic accuracy of tuberculosis.
