荷丹胶囊联合阿托伐他汀对冠心病合并高脂血症患者血脂及心绞痛症状的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病(CHD)合并高脂血症患者应用荷丹胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗的临床效果。方法按照随机数表法将72例CHD合并高脂血症患者分为两组。对照组36例采用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组36例加用荷丹胶囊治疗,两组均连续治疗12周。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后中医证候积分及总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)水平低于对照组,心绞痛发作次数少于对照组,心绞痛持续时间短于对照组(P均<0.05);两组未见不良反应发生。结论在阿托伐他汀基础上,联合荷丹胶囊治疗CHD合并高脂血症患者效果更佳,且安全性好,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Hedan capsule combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods 72 CHD patients with hyperlipidemia were divided into two groups according to random number table method.Control group 36 cases were treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets,observation group 36 cases were treated with Hedan capsule,both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the TCM syndrome score,total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and triglyceride(TG)levels after treatment were lower than those of the control group,the frequency of angina pectoris was lower than that of the control group,and the duration of angina pectoris was shorter than that of the control group(all P<0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Conclusion On the basis of atorvastatin,combined with Hedan capsule is more effective and safe in the treatment of CHD patients with hyperlipidemia,which is worthy of promotion.
