摘　　要：为了对新疆野苹果进行抢救性保护,选用新疆野苹果系砧木、八棱海棠砧木和SH38砧木以及10种待保护的新疆野苹果接穗,采用劈接的方法,对新疆野苹果的嫁接亲和性进行了探讨。结果表明,不同的新疆野苹果接穗对不同的砧木具有特定的亲和性,其中GB-9和XY-16对新疆野苹果砧木具有较好的亲和性,GD-12对新疆野苹果系砧木和八棱海棠砧木的亲和性均差。To implement emergency conservation measures for Malus sieversii,this experiment selected Malus sieversii rootstocks,Malus robusta Balenghaitang rootstocks,Malus domestica SH38 rootstocks,and ten Malus sieversii scions.The grafting compatibility of Malus sieversii was explored using the method of splitting and three replicates,serving as a foundation for emergency conservation measures for Malus sieversii.The results indicated that different Malus sieversii scions exhibit specific compatibility with different rootstocks.GB-9 and XY-16 showed good compatibility with Malus sieversii rootstocks,GD-12 exhibits poor compatibility with both the Malus sieversii and Malus robusta rootstocks.
