摘 要:高速化成为当前R290压缩机发展的一个重要趋势。在满足R290压缩机高速运行时高可靠性的前提下,提升其性能成为重要的研究方向。建立了包含高转速R290旋转压缩机吸气-压缩-排气过程在内的三维流固耦合(3D-FSI)模型,并通过p-V实验验证了仿真的可靠性。基于仿真结果,发现并解释了对称双排气结构在压缩机排气阶段中存在的上下气阀非对称运动现象。为进一步提升旋转压缩机在高速运行时的性能,设计了4种双排气结构并通过3D-FSI仿真计算了所对应的压缩机工作腔内物理量的变化过程,绘制出了各自的p-V图。同时对气阀的动态特性进行了分析,并根据容积效率、指示效率、COP以及气阀等效应力等指标给出了较优方案。The pursuit of high-speed operation has emerged as a prominent trend in the advancement of R290 compressor.Enhancing the performance of R290 compressor has emerged as a crucial research focus,while ensuring its high-speed reliability.In this paper,a 3D fluid-structure interaction(3D-FSI)model including the suction-compression-discharge process of a high-speed R290 rotary compressor was established,and the reliability of simulation is verified by p-V experiments.Based on the simulation results,the asymmetry existed in the movement of the upper and lower valves in the discharge phase of the symmetrical double-valve discharge structure is illustrated.In order to further improve the performance of rotary compressor at high speed,four kinds of double-valve discharge structures were designed.The variation of physical quantities in the working chamber of these compressors,equipped with four different discharge structures,was obtained through 3D-FSI simulation.Besides,the dynamic characteristics of the valves were simultaneously analyzed,and the optimal selection is determined based on indicators such as volumetric efficiency,indicated efficiency,COP,and equivalent stress.
