摘  要:目前针对双涡圈涡旋压缩机通用型线的研究相对较少,针对这一情况建立了双涡圈涡旋压缩机通用型线模型,在此基础上构造了圆渐开线-高次曲线的组合型线,提供了关键性能参数的计算方法,利用NSGA-Ⅱ算法对所构造的双涡圈涡旋压缩机进行几何性能和力学性能的多目标优化。在满足给定压缩比和体积流量的前提要求下,针对动涡旋盘直径、压缩比及轴向气体力进行了优化,得到非劣解集。优化后的轴向力降低了11.56%,压缩比增加了16.03%,直径降低了22.16%,证明了优化方案的可行性。进一步对圆渐开线涡旋压缩机进行相同过程的优化,对比结果表明:圆渐开线涡旋压缩机的涡旋盘直径平均减小了11.02%,动静涡盘相对滑动速度平均增加了12.05%,不利于涡旋压缩机的无油润滑和寿命要求,侧面体现出通用型线在性能平衡方面的优势。研究结果为各种工况下涡旋压缩机的设计选型提供了参考。There is relatively little research on the universal profile of the double scroll compressor.To address this issue,this paper established a universal profile model of the double scroll compressor,and constructed a combination profile of circular involute and high-order curves on this basis.The calculation method of key performance parameters was provided,and the NSGA-II algorithm was used to multi-objective optimize the geometric and mechanical properties of the constructed double scroll compressor.Under the premise of meeting the given compression ratio and volume flowrate requirements,optimization was carried out for the diameter,compression ratio,and axial gas force of the dynamic scroll plate,and a non-inferior solution set was obtained.The results show that after optimization,the axial force decreased by 11.56%,compression ratio increased by 16.03%,and diameter decreased by 22.16%,proving the feasibility of the optimization scheme.Further optimization of the same process was carried out on the circular involute scroll compressor,and the comparison results showed that the average diameter of the scroll disc of the circular involute scroll compressor decreased by 11.02%,and the relative sliding speed of the dynamic and static scroll discs increased by 12.05%on average,which may affect the oil-free lubrication and service life requirements of the scroll compressor.This reflects the advantages of the universal profile in terms of performance balance.Overall,this study provides a reference for the design and selection of scroll compressors under various operating conditions.
