摘 要:针对某燃料电池用无油螺杆空压机,利用ANSYS Workbench软件,通过稳态热分析获得压缩机的温度分布,通过静力学分析获得压缩机在温度、压力载荷下的变形量,并对转子间啮合间隙、转子与转子腔内壁面的径向间隙以及转子端面间隙的选取进行了研究。结果表明:转子的稳态温度沿轴向近似按线性分布;转子与机壳在水平方向和轴向均有向外膨胀的趋势,且最大变形量均位于排气端面;在竖直方向有向上膨胀的趋势,最大变形量位于吸气端面。为保证压缩机正常运转,阴、阳转子间的预设间隙应大于0.57 mm,阴、阳转子与转子腔内壁面的径向间隙分别应大于0.023 mm和0.026 mm,转子吸、排气侧的端面间隙分别应大于0.065 mm和0.005 mm。The temperature and deformation distribution of an oil-free twin-screw air compressor for fuel cells was analyzed by ANSYS Workbench.A steady-state thermal analysis was performed to obtain the temperature distribution of the compressor,a static structural analysis was conducted to obtain the deformation of the compressor under thermal and pressure loads,and the clearance between the rotors,the radial clearance between the rotors and casing,and the end clearance of the rotors were studied.The results indicat that the steady-state temperature of the rotors is approximately linearly distributed,the rotors and casing expand outwards both horizontally and axially,and the maximum deformation is located at the exhaust end face,the rotors and casing expanded upward in the vertical direction,and the maximum deformation is located at the suction end face.To ensure the normal operation of the compressor,the preset clearance between the two rotors should be greater than 0.57 mm,the radial clearance between the female and male rotors and the inner wall of the casing should be greater than 0.023 mm and 0.026 mm respectively.The end clearance at the suction and discharge sides of the rotors should be greater than 0.065 mm and 0.005 mm respectively.
