摘  要:润滑系统是高压空压机的关键装置,高效的故障处理和良好的可靠性对空压机的运行与维护有重要影响。对某船用高压空压机润滑系统的故障处理和可靠性进行了分析,研究了其可靠性的模型构建、分配方法、结果预测。研究结果表明:所提出的润滑系统的可靠性符合相关要求,为相关设计和进一步研究提供了一定的理论基础。Lubrication system is the key device of high-pressure air compressors.Efficient fault handling and good reliability have a significant impact on the operation and maintenance of air compressor.This papepr analyzed the fault handling and reliability of the lubrication system of a certain marine high-pressure air compressor,and studied the model construction,allocation method,and result prediction of its reliability.The research results indicate that the reliability of the proposed lubrication system meets the relevant requirements,providing a certain theoretical basis for related design and further research.
