摘 要:针对空气压缩机一级排气温度过高现象,分析其对空分整体流程的影响,从环境温度、压缩机内部气体泄漏和设备换热性能三方面定位压缩机一级排气温度过高现象产生的原因,最终得出是环境温度变化、密封件的磨损导致内漏、换热设备效率降低三方面因素共同所致,针对问题提出了保证设备稳定和设备改造的对策和建议。In view of the phenomenon of high primary exhaust temperature of air compressor,the impact on the overall process of air separation was analyzed.The reasons for the phenomenon of the primary exhaust temperature of compressor were located from three aspects of ambient temperature,gas leakage inside compressor and heat transfer performance of equipment.Finally,it is concluded that the environmental temperature change,the wear of seals leads to internal leakage and the efficiency of heat transfer equipment is reduced in view of the problem,the countermeasures and suggestions to ensure the stability of equipment and equipment transformation are put forward.
