摘 要:为了确保钢板梁顶推法施工过程的安全性,以陕西省平利至镇坪高速白土岭大桥为工程背景,分别对其钢板梁顶推及落梁施工过程进行计算分析,并将计算结果与实际施工过程监测结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:顶推施工过程中主梁结构的刚度、强度及稳定性均满足规范要求,可以安全施工;现场施工过程监测结果与理论计算结果基本吻合,但各项数据的实测值均较理论值偏小,说明理论计算结果相对保守,采用有限元的方法进行计算并指导施工具有较高的可靠性。In order to ensure the safety of the construction process of steel plate girder by incremental launching method,the construction process of steel plate girder pushing and girder falling is calculated and analyzed respectively on the engineering background of Baituling Bridge in Pingli to Zhenping Expressway in Shaanxi Province.And the calculation results are compared with the actual construction process monitoring results.The results show that the stiffness,strength and stability of the girder structure meet the requirements of the code during the incremental launching,which can be safely constructed.The monitoring results of the field construction process are basically consistent with the theoretical calculation results,but the measured values of each data are smaller than the theoretical values,indicating that the theoretical calculation results are relatively conservative.The finite element method is more reliable to calculate and guide the construction.
