摘 要:为提高资源利用效率,优化再生混合料性能,对不同来源旧料的泡沫沥青冷再生混合料路用性能进行研究。首先对比分析旧料的工程性质,然后进行再生料配合比设计,最后通过室内试验测试其路用性能。试验结果表明:高等级公路再生料的力学强度和高温稳定性更优,其中高速公路再生料劈裂强度和动稳定度分别比低等级公路高28%和98%。低等级公路再生料的抗水损性能表现更佳。高等级公路旧料工程性质较好,相应冷再生混合料性能指标远高于规范值。此外,旧料中的含水率与再生料抗水损性能呈现明显的负相关关系。因此,实际工程中应综合考虑旧料来源和性质,确保达到预期的路面使用性能。In order to improve the efficiency of resource utilization and optimize the performance of recycled mixture,the pavement performance of foam asphalt cold recycled mixture from different sources of old materials is studied.Firstly,the engineering properties of the old materials are compared and analyzed,then the mix proportion of recycled materials is designed,and finally the pavement performances are tested through the laboratory tests.The experimental results show that the mechanical strength and high-temperature stability of recycled materials on high-grade highways are better,in which the splitting strength and dynamic stability of recycled materials of expressways are 28%and 98%higher than those of low-grade highways respectively.The water damage resistance performance of low-grade highway recycled materials is better.The engineering properties of high-grade highway old materials are good,and the corresponding performance indicators of cold recycled mixtures are much higher than the standard values.In addition,there is a significant negative correlation between the moisture content in the old materials and the water resistance of the recycled material.Therefore,in practical engineering,the source and properties of old materials should be comprehensively considered to ensure the expected pavement performances.
