摘 要:利用ABAQUS软件建立方形铝合金管混凝土柱在轴压及偏压荷载下的有限元分析模型,通过对比5个矩形铝合金管混凝土柱的轴压及偏压试验结果来验证该数值分析模型的准确性,在此基础上对7A04-T6方形铝合金管混凝土柱的偏压性能进行研究,分析了模型破坏模式及长细比、偏心率和混凝土强度对偏压性能的影响,同时将构件的极限承载力与各国规范进行比较。结果表明:在偏压荷载作用下,7A04-T6方形铝合金管混凝土柱发生失稳破坏;长细比和核心混凝土强度与偏压极限承载力近似呈线性关系,偏心率与极限承载力呈非线性关系,构件延性和长细比与偏心率呈正相关;现有中国规范CECS 159—2004和美国规范AISC的规范计算值较为保守;最后通过回归分析,提出了7A04-T6方形铝合金管混凝土柱是偏压承载力计算公式。ABAQUS software is used to establish the finite element model of square concrete-filled aluminum alloy tubular(CFAT)columns under axial compression and eccentric compression.The accuracy of the numerical analysis model is verified by comparing the axial compression and eccentric compression test results of 5 rectangular concrete-filled aluminum alloy tubular columns.On this basis,the eccentric compression performance of 7A04-T6 square CFAT columns is studied.The effects of the model failure mode,slenderness ratio,eccentricity and concrete strength on the eccentric compression performance are analyzed.At the same time,the ultimate bearing capacity of the components is compared with the codes of various countries.The results show that under the action of eccentric compression load,the failure mode of 7A04-T6 square CFAT columns undergoes instability.The slenderness ratio and core concrete strength are approximately linear with the ultimate bearing capacity of eccentric compression.The eccentricity has a nonlinear relationship with the ultimate bearing capacity.The ductility and slenderness ratio are positively correlated with eccentricity.However,the calculated values of the existing Chinese code CECS 159—2004 and the American code AISC are conservative.Finally,through regression analysis,a formula for calculating the eccentric compression bearing capacity of 7A04-T6 square CFAT columns is proposed.
