1例川崎病患儿合并幽门螺杆菌感染的病例分析

摘　　要：临床药师参与1例川崎病患儿合并幽门螺杆菌感染的病例诊疗,为患儿治疗期间药物调整及幽门螺杆菌治疗的必要性提供参考。本案例中,患儿为川崎病复发且冠状动脉扩张较前增大,处于疾病进展阶段,临床药师根据冠状动脉病变程度,查阅文献对阿司匹林剂量进行调整。此外,患儿在首次确诊川崎病5天后血清幽门螺杆菌抗体为阳性,临床药师通过查阅文献,结合患儿病情,充分分析幽门螺杆菌感染治疗的必要性及药物选择,协助医师为患儿制定适宜的治疗方案。通过治疗,患儿病情整体控制良好。Clinical pharmacists were involved in the case management of a child with Kawasaki disease co-infected with helicobacter pylori infection to provide reference for medication adjustment during the treatment of the child.In this case,the child's had a recurrence of Kawasaki disease and increased coronary artery dilatation compared with the previous one,and was in the progressive stage of the disease.The clinical pharmacist reviewed the literature to adjust the aspirin dosage according to the degree of coronary artery disease for the child.In addition,the child was seropositive for helicobacter pylori antibodies 5 days after the first diagnosis of Kawasaki disease.Clinical pharmacists fully analyzed the necessity of helicobacter pylori infection treatment and drug selection by reviewing literature and combining with the patient's condition,and assisted physicians in formulating appropriate treatment plans for the child.The overall control of the child's condition was good through treatment.
