肢伤一号方联合红光治疗仪治疗对老年髋部骨折患者术后骨折愈合时间及安全性的观察

摘　　要：目的分析肢伤一号方联合红光治疗仪对老年髋部骨折(HF)患者安全性的影响。方法回顾性分析2023年1月至2024年2月81例老年HF患者的临床资料,依据治疗方式不同进行分组,单一组进行红光治疗仪治疗(n=40例),联合组则予以红光治疗仪联合肢伤一号方治疗(n=41例),观察两组恢复时间,应激指标[丙二醛(MDA)、醛固酮(ALD)、皮质醇(Cor)],骨代谢指标[骨钙素(BGP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、I型胶原N末端肽(NTX)]以及不良反应发生率。结果联合组手术切口愈合时间、骨折愈合时间明显短于单一组(P<0.05);医治前两组应激指标比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),医治后联合组MDA、ALD、Cor指标均明显低于单一组(P<0.05);医治前两组骨代谢指标比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),医治后联合组BGP、BALP、NTX指标均明显低于单一组(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应总发生率为12.20%,明显低于单一组的30.00%(P<0.05)。结论老年HF患者应用肢伤一号联合红光治疗仪治疗效果显著,既能缩短骨折恢复时间,还有效降低炎症指标水平,改善骨代谢,且安全性高。Objective To analyze the effect of limb injury No.1 formula and red light therapy instrument on the safety of elderly patients with hip fracture(HF).Methods The clinical data of 81 elderly HF patients from January 2023 to February 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into groups according to different treatment methods.The single group was treated with red light therapy instrument(n=40 cases),and the combined group were treated with red light therapy instrument combined with limb injury No.1 formula(n=41 cases).The recovery time,stress indicators[malondialdehyde(MDA),aldosterone(ALD),cortisol(Cor)],bone metabolic indexes[osteocalcin(BGP),bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP),N-terminal peptide of type I collagen(NTX)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed in the two groups.Results The incision healing time and fracture healing time in combined group were significantly shorter than those in single group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in stress indicators between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment,MDA,ALD and Cor indexes in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the single group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in bone metabolism indexes between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment,BGP,BALP and NTX indexes in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the single group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in combined group was 12.20%,which was significantly lower than that in single group(30.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of limb injury No.1 formula combined with red light therapy instrument in the treatment of elderly HF patients has significant effect,which can not only shorten the recovery time of fracture,but also effectively reduce the level of inflammatory indicators and improve bone metabolism,with high safety.
