摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病周围神经病变与幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性,以研究四联药物根治幽门螺杆菌感染的意义。方法选取58例2019年1月至2023年6月宜春市人民医院确诊的2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者,根据幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染与否分为HP阳性组(n=35)与HP阴性组(n=23)。比较两组空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂、游离脂肪酸(FFA)。结果四联药物治疗后HP阳性组FBG、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、FFA水平均高于HP阴性组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平低于HP阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者更易发生HP感染,且HP感染后可使患者的血糖、血脂升高,因此,根治HP对于疾病的治疗及预后具有重要意义。Objective Investigate the correlation between type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy and helicobacter pylori(HP)infection,to study the significance of quadruple therapy in eradicating helicobacter pylori infection.Methods From January 2019 to June 2023,58 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy diagnosed in Yichun People's Hospital were selected as the study group.They were divided into HP positive group(n=35)and HP negative group(n=23)according to whether they were infected with HP or not.The fasting blood glucose(FBG),blood lipids,free fatty acids(FFA)of the subjects in each group were compared.Results The levels of FBG,LDL-C,TG,TC,FFA in the HP positive group were higher than those in the HP negative group,while the HDL-C levels were lower than the HP negative group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy are more prone to HP infection,and HP infection can increase the patient's blood sugar and blood lipids,so radical cure of HP is of great significance for the treatment and prognosis of the disease.
