滋肾育胎丸联合地屈孕酮片治疗黄体功能不全复发性流产的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 评估滋肾育胎丸联合地屈孕酮片治疗黄体功能不全复发性流产的临床效果。方法 选择2021年6月至2023年5月期间瑞金市中医院收治的60名黄体功能不全复发性流产患者,患者被随机分为实验组和对比组(各30例),实验组接受滋肾育胎丸联合地屈孕酮片治疗,而对比组接受传统治疗。比较两组黄体功能指标的改善,包括黄体素水平和黄体期时长,以及妊娠率及流产率。并记录分析治疗过程中的不良事件。结果 研究结果显示,滋肾育胎丸联合地屈孕酮片治疗对黄体功能不全患者具有显著的积极效果。实验组的黄体素水平明显提高,黄体期时长延长,与对比组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,实验组的妊娠率明显高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);流产率低于对比组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在治疗安全性方面,实验组的不良事件率低于对比组(P<0.05),且多数不良事件为轻微暂时性不适。结论 滋肾育胎丸联合地屈孕酮片治疗对黄体功能不全患者复发性流产具有显著的临床效果,包括提高黄体功能指标和增加妊娠率。Objective Evaluate the clinical efficacy of zishen yutai pills combined with dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of recurrent abortion in patients with luteal insufficiency.Methods 60 patients with recurrent abortion with luteal insufficiency admitted to Ruijin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(30 cases each).The experimental group was treated with zishen yutai pills combined with dydrogesterone tablets,while the control group was treated with traditional treatment.Compared improvements in measures of luteal function,including lutein levels and duration of luteal phase,as well as pregnancy and miscarriage rates and analyzed adverse events during the treatment.Results The results of the study showed that the treatment of zishen yutai pills combined with dydrogesterone tablets had a significant positive effect.The lutein level of the experimental group was significantly increased,and the duration of luteal phase was prolonged,showing significant differences compared with the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the pregnancy rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the rate of miscarriage was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In terms of treatment safety,the adverse event rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and most of the adverse events were mild temporary discomfort.Conclusion Zishen yutai pills combined with dydrogesterone tablets has significant clinical effect on recurrent abortion in patients with luteal dysfunction,including improving luteal function index and increasing pregnancy rate.This treatment regimen has shown high tolerability in terms of safety.
