百蕊颗粒联合干扰素α-2b治疗对小儿手足口病血清TGF-β、PCT水平和预后的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析百蕊颗粒联合干扰素α-2b治疗对小儿手足口病血清转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、降钙素原(PCT)和预后的影响。方法 选取2022年2月至2023年4月收治的88例小儿手足口病患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组44例。对照组采用干扰素α-2b治疗,研究组采用百蕊颗粒联合干扰素α-2b治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗结束后3 d,研究组的C反应蛋白(CRP)、PCT水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗结束后3 d,研究组的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)及TGF-β水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的皮疹消退时间、退热时间及口腔溃疡愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 百蕊颗粒联合干扰素α-2b治疗小儿手足口病的效果较好。Objective To analyze the effects of Bairui granules combined with interferonα-2b treatment on serum transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β),procalcitonin(PCT)levels and prognosis in children with hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods A total of 88 children with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted from February 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into control group and study group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with interferonα-2b,and the study group was treated with Bairui granules combined with interferonα-2b.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 d after the end of treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and PCT in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 d after the end of treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and TGF-βin the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rash regression time,antipyretic time and oral ulcer healing time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bairui granules combined with interferonα-2b has a good effect in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children.
