平肝熄风汤治疗眩晕症(肝阳上亢证)的效果及对基底动脉血流情况的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨平肝熄风汤治疗眩晕症(肝阳上亢证)的效果及对基底动脉血流情况的影响。方法 选取2021年3月至2023年3月收治的100例眩晕症(肝阳上亢证)患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予氟桂利嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加平肝熄风汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的78.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的椎动脉、基底动脉平均血流速度(MV)高于对照组,椎动脉、基底动脉搏动指数(PI)低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的前庭症状指数(VSI)、眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的24.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 平肝熄风汤治疗眩晕症(肝阳上亢证)的效果明显,可调节基底动脉血流情况,改善临床症状,且不会增加不良反应发生风险,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Pinggan Xifeng decoction in the treatment of vertigo(liver Yang hyperactivity syndrome)and its influence on basilar artery blood flow.Methods A total of 100 patients with vertigo(liver Yang hyperactivity syndrome)admitted from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flunarizine,and the observation group was treated with Pinggan Xifeng decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 78.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean velocity(MV)of vertebral artery and basilar artery in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the pulsatility index(PI)of vertebral artery and basilar artery was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Vestibular Symptom Index(VSI)and Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than 24.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Pinggan Xifeng decoction in the treatment of vertigo(liver Yang hyperactivity syndrome)has a obvious effect,it can regulate the blood flow of basilar artery,improve clinical symptoms,and will not increase the risk of adverse reactions,which is worth promoting.
