六西格玛管理法在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨六西格玛管理法在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年1月本院收治的110例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组55例。对照组实行常规管理法,研究组实行六西格玛管理法。比较两组的临床指标、血清淀粉酶和脂肪酶、生活质量、并发症发生情况。结果 研究组的住院费用少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组的血清淀粉酶和脂肪酶水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组的健康调查简表(SF-36)各领域评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 六西格玛管理法可有效提高急性胰腺炎患者疗效与预后,缩短住院时间,减少治疗费用,提升患者整体生活质量,且有效预防并发症。Objective To explore the application effect of Six Sigma management method in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 110 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine management method,and the study group was given Six Sigma management method.The clinical indexes,serum amylase and lipase,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization cost of the study group was less than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of serum amylase and lipase in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Six Sigma management method can effectively improve the curative effect and prognosis of patients with acute pancreatitis,shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the treatment cost,improve the overall quality of life of patients,and effectively prevent its complications.
