认知行为护理在功能性消化不良患者中的应用效果及对GIQLI评分的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨认知行为护理在功能性消化不良患者中的应用效果及对胃肠道生活质量指数(GIQLI)评分的影响。方法 选择2020年10月至2022年9月就治于我院的150例功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组75例。对照组按照功能性消化不良常规护理模式开展护理,试验组在对照组基础上施加认知行为护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果 护理后,试验组的Mishel疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)各维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组的Herth希望指数(HHI)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组的GIQLI各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 认知行为护理应用于功能性消化不良患者中,利于减轻患者的疾病不确定感、提高希望水平、防范并发症及提升生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of cognitive behavioral nursing in patients with functional dyspepsia and its influence on Gastrointestinal Qality of Life Index(GIQLI)score.Methods A total of 150 patients with functional dyspepsia who were treated in our hospital from October 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated according to the routine nursing mode of functional dyspepsia,and the experimental group was treated with cognitive behavioral nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of each dimension of Mishel's Uncertainty in Illness Scale(MUIS)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of Herth Hope Index(HHI)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of GIQLI in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cognitive behavioral nursing applied in patients with functional dyspepsia is conducive to reducing the patient's disease uncertainty,improving the level of hope,preventing complications and improving the quality of life.
