穴位按摩结合情志护理应用于腹股沟疝修补术患者中的效果及对GCQ评分的影响

摘　　要：目的观察穴位按摩结合情志护理应用于腹股沟疝修补术患者中的效果及对舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分的影响。方法选择2022年1月至12月就诊于我院的60例腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组、试验组,每组30例。对照组术后予以常规护理,试验组在此基础上予以穴位按摩结合情志护理。比较两组的情绪状态、舒适度、术后康复效果及并发症发生情况。结果护理后,试验组的正性负性情绪量表(PANAS)中的正性情绪评分高于对照组,负性情绪评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的GCQ各维度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的术后首次下床时间、肛门排气时间、首次进食时间、首次排便时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩结合情志护理应用于腹股沟疝修补术患者中可改善其情绪状态,增强舒适度,促进术后康复,且能有效预防并发症。Objective To observe the effect of acupoint massage combined with emotional nursing on patients with inguinal hernia repair and its influence on General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)score.Methods Sixty patients with laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing after operation,and the experimental group was given acupoint massage combined with emotional nursing on this basis.The emotional state,comfort,postoperative rehabilitation effect and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the positive emotion score in the Positive and Negative Affect Scale(PANAS)of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the negative emotion score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of GCQ in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first time of getting out of bed,anal exhaust time,first eating time,first defecation time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint massage combined with emotional nursing applied in patients with inguinal hernia repair can improve emotional state,enhance comfort,promote postoperative rehabilitation,and effectively prevent complications.
