摘 要:目的 探讨团体协同干预结合健康教育执行表对支气管肺炎患儿雾化吸入配合度及医疗恐惧的影响。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年1月收治的280例支气管肺炎患儿为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组140例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用团体协同干预结合健康教育执行表进行护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果 观察组的雾化吸入配合度为96.43%,高于对照组的85.71%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的儿童医疗恐惧量表(CMFS)各维度评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的咳嗽消退时间、憋喘消退时间及喘鸣音消退时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属的满意度为96.43%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 团体协同干预结合健康教育执行表不仅能够提高支气管肺炎患儿雾化吸入配合度,减轻其医疗恐惧,改善症状,同时还能提高家属满意度,值得推广。Objective To investigate the influences of group collaborative intervention combined with health education execution form on the atomization inhalation compatibility and medical fear in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 280 children with bronchopneumonia admitted from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 140 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given group collaborative intervention combined with health education execution form on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The atomization inhalation compatibility of the observation group was 96.43%,which was higher than 85.71%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Child Medical Fear Scale(CMFS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cough regression time,wheezing regression time and stridor regression time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the observation group was 96.43%,which was higher than 85.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Group collaborative intervention combined with health education execution form can not only improve the atomization inhalation compatibility of children with bronchopneumonia,reduce medical fear,improve symptoms,but also improve satisfaction of family members,which is worthy of promotion.
