摘　　要：围绝经期综合征是当代中老年女性常见的一种妇科疾病,对女性患者的身心健康及生活质量产生众多不良影响。通过回顾近年来文献发现,围绝经期综合征的形成和演变同内生血瘀之间关系密切,如人体出现气滞血瘀、血瘀湿停、肾虚血瘀等皆可导致本病。因此,本文基于血瘀认识本病,进行有效辨证论治,并从对机体激素水平与情绪障碍的调节作用、降低血液黏稠度或改善血糖与血脂水平、改善生殖器官功能及控制骨关节病情恶化或调控睡眠障碍等方面对中医从血瘀论治围绝经期综合征进行简要综述。Perimenopausal syndrome is a common gynecological disease in middle-agedand elderly women,which has many adverse effects on the physical and mental health and quality of life of female patients.By reviewing the literature in recent years,it is found that the formation and evolution of perimenopausal syndrome are closely related to endogenous blood stasis.For example,Qi stagnation and blood stasis,blood stasis and dampness stagnation,kidney deficiency and blood stasis can lead to this disease.Therefore,this article understands the disease based on blood stasis,effective syndrome differentiation and treatment,and reviews the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome from blood stasis in traditional Chindese medicine from the aspects of regulating the body hormone levels and mood disorders,reducing blood viscosity or improving blood glucose and blood lipid levels,improving reproductive organ function and controlling of bone and joint disease deterioration or regulating of sleep disorders.
