摘　　要：肌萎缩侧索硬化症(Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,ALS)是一种病因未明的运动神经元疾病,患者表现出进行性加重的肌肉萎缩、无力、瘫痪,最终死于呼吸衰竭.大部分学者认为ALS在中医范畴中可归于痿证.该病具有进展快、致死率高的特点,发病机制不明确,缺乏有效的治疗药物,而针刺腧穴可取得较好的疗效.因此,探究ALS疾病病理机制、针灸临床需求具有重大的科学价值及社会意义.该文针对ALS的发病机制及针灸的研究现状进行综述,通过检索以"针刺""肌萎缩侧索硬化症""腧穴""辨证""病因病机"为关键词的文章,总结ALS的病因病机,并对应目前用于治疗ALS的针灸腧穴,从病因病机方面入手,更具个性化地为ALS患者提供针刺方案,希望为ALS患者提供更好的治疗思路.Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)is a kind of motor neuron disease with unknown etiology.Patients present with progressively aggravated muscle atrophy,weakness,and paralysis,and eventually die of respiratory failure.In the category of Traditional Chinese Medicine,most scholars believe that ALS can be attributed to atrophy diseases.This disease has the characteristics of rapid progression and high fatality rate,the research on the pathogenesis is not clear,and there is a lack of effective therapeutic drugs,while acupuncture at acupoints can achieve better therapeutic effects.Therefore,exploring the pathological mechanism of ALS diseases and the clinical demand of acupuncture has significant scientific value and social significance.This article provides a review of the pathogenesis of ALS and the research status of acupuncture.By searching for articles with the keywords of"acupuncture""amyotrophic lateral sc lerosis""acupoints""dialectical"and"etiology and pathogenesis",it summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis of ALS,and corresponds to the current acupuncture acupoints used to treat ALS.Starting from the aspect of etiology and pathogenesis,it provides a more personalized acupuncture scheme for ALS patients,hoping to provide better treatment ideas for ALS patients.
