摘  要:目的本研究旨在了解环境气象因子与儿童哮喘关系的国内外研究进展,为制定改善空气质量和气象因素管理政策提供科学依据.方法检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science等数据库,主要对影响儿童哮喘的环境气象因子阐述、分析并进行总结概括.结果儿童哮喘在全球范围内的发病率不断上升,环境因素是重要的影响因素,主要有PM2.5、PM10、SO2、NO2、CO、O3、气温、湿度等.结论环境气象因子与儿童哮喘发病息息相关,及时预防和改善环境气象因子是预防儿童哮喘发病的关键.Objective This study aims to understand the relationship between environmental meteorological factors and childhood asthma,and to provide a scientific basis for developing policies to improve air quality and meteorological factors.Methods Cochrane Library,PubMed,and Web of Science databases were searched,and the environmental meteorological factors affecting childhood asthma were expounded and summarized.Results The incidence of childhood asthma is increasing worldwide,and environmental factors are important influencing factors,including PM_(2.5),PM_(10),SO_(2),NO_(2),CO,O_(3),temperature,humidity,etc.Conclusion Environmental meteorological factors are closely related to the onset of childhood asthma,and the timely prevention and improvement of environmental meteorological factors is the key to the prevention of asthma in children.
