全血微量元素与4种常见皮肤病的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨全血微量元素与4种常见皮肤病的相关性.方法收集皮肤病患者400例,根据皮肤病种类细分为斑块状银屑病组、白癜风组、特应性皮炎组、脂溢性脱发组,以健康人群47名作为对照组.对5组间铜、锌、钙、镁、铁水平进行测定并对比.结果与对照组比较,斑块状银屑病组的铜、锌,镁、铁水平均上升(P<0.05),但钙水平下降(P<0.05);白癜风组钙水平下降(P<0.05);特应性皮炎组的铜、锌水平均上升(P<0.05),钙水平下降(P<0.05);脂溢性脱发组锌水平上升(P<0.05).结论斑块状银屑病、白癜风、特应性皮炎、脂溢性脱发等皮肤病的发生可能与微量元素的稳态失衡有关.Objective To investigate the relevance between whole blood trace elements levels and the four common skin diseases.Methods Totally,400 people with skin diseases were enrolled and classified into plaque psoriasis,vitiligo,atopic dermatitis and seborrheic alopecia groups.A total of 47 healthy people were enrolled as control group.Copper(Cu),zinc(Zn),calcium(Ca),magnesium(Mg)and iron(Fe)were determined and compared in their whole blood of the people between the five groups.Results Compared with control group,copper,zinc,magnesium and iron levels were increased,but calcium lever was decreased in plaque psoriasis group(P<0.05).Calcium level was decreased in vitiligo group(P<0.05).Copper,zinc levels were elevated and calcium lever was lower in atopic dermatitis group(P<0.05).The level of zinc was ascended in seborrheic alopecia group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole blood trace elements are in a homeostatic imbalance in the 4 common skin diseases of people.
