摘　　要：目的探讨CRRT联合血液灌流及血浆置换治疗秋水仙碱中毒合并多脏器功能衰竭的效果.方法抽取我院2021年3月-2024年3月收治的秋水仙碱中毒合并多脏器功能衰竭患者80例为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为对照组(n=40)和试验组(n=40),对照组采用CRRT联合血液灌流治疗,试验组在对照组基础上增加血浆置换治疗,比较两组患者的炎症因子、肝功能指标、肾功能指标、心功能指标水平及治疗总有效率.结果①两组治疗后的炎症因子(IL-6、CRP、PCT)、肝功能指标(TBIL、AST、ALT)、肾功能指标(Scr、UA、BUN)、心功能指标(CK、LDH、BNP)均降低,试验组较对照组处于更低水平(P<0.05);②与对照组比较,试验组的总有效率更高(P<0.05).结论针对秋水仙碱中毒合并多脏器功能衰竭患者,予以CRRT、血液灌流、血浆置换联合治疗,可有效缓解炎性反应,促进肝、肾、心等重要脏器功能恢复,增强治疗效果,具有临床应用价值.Objective To investigate the effect of CRRT combined with hemoperfusion and plasma exchange in the treatment of colchicine poisoning complicated with multiple organ failure.Methods A total of 80 patients with colchicine poisoning complicated with multiple organ failure admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected as research objects,and divided into control group(n=40)and experimental group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group received CRRT combined with hemoperfusion treatment,and the experimental group received plasma exchange treatment on the basis of the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors,liver function indexes,renal function indexes,cardiac function indexes and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results①Inflammatory factors(IL-6,CRP,PCT),liver function indexes(TBIL,AST,ALT),renal function indexes(Scr,UA,BUN),cardiac function indexes(CK,LDH,BNP)were all decreased after treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).②Compared with control group,the total effective rate of experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with colchicine poisoning complicated with multiple organ failure,CRRT,hemoperfusion and plasma exchange combined therapy can effectively alleviate inflammatory response,promote the recovery of liver,kidney,heart and other important organs,and enhance the therapeutic effect,which has clinical application value.
