摘　　要：目的探讨不同生物制剂在治疗中重度斑块状银屑病及关节病型银屑病中的疗效及安全性.方法本研究选取2022年1月-2023年12月我院40例银屑病患者,按随机数表法分组,A组给予乌司奴单抗治疗(20例),B组给予司库奇尤单抗治疗(20例),比较两组应用效果.结果B组患者治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于A组的60.00%(P<0.05).结论司库奇尤单抗在治疗银屑病患者中效果较为理想.Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of different biological agents in the treatment of moderate and severe plaque psoriasis and arthritic psoriasis.Methods 40 patients with psoriasis in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Group A was treated with ulinumab(20 cases),and group B was treated with skukiyumab(20 cases).Results The total effective rate of group B was 90.00%,which was higher than 60.00%of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of skuzumab in the treatment of patients with psoriasis is ideal.
