摘　　要：目的探讨厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合美托洛尔治疗高龄慢性心功能不全患者的治疗作用.方法选取2021年1月-2022年12月上海市浦东新区航头鹤沙社区卫生服务中心门诊治疗的170例高龄慢性心功能不全患者,随机分为对照组(n=85)和观察组(n=85),对照组口服厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片,观察组在对照组的基础上给予口服酒石酸美托洛尔片,跟踪随访1年观察治疗效果.结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(90.59%VS78.82%,χ2=4.541,P=0.033);治疗后观察组患者LVESD、LVEDD水平均较对照组显著降低(t=13.799、15.599,P均=0.000),LVEF水平较对照组显著升高(t=6.969,P=0.000);观察组患者血清BNP和CRP水平均显著降低(t=8.975、11.879,P均=0.000);两组安全性比较,无明显差异(χ2=0.525,P=0.469).结论厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合美托洛尔可改善高龄慢性心功能不全患者的心功能指标,降低BNP和CRP水平,利于患者病情恢复.Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of Irbesartan-Hydrochlorothiazide tables combined with Metoprolol tablets on chronic cardiac insufficiency in elderly patients.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,170 cases of chronic cardiac insufficiency in elderly patients of Community Health Service Center in Hangtou Hesha Street were divided into control group(n=85)and observation group(n=85).Two groups were given Metoprolol tablets and Irbesartan-Hydrochlorothiazide tables,separately.After 1 years,the effect of two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of two groups was significantly(90.59%VS78.82%,χ^(2)=4.541,P=0.033).After treatment,the level of LVESD and LVEDD were lower than in the control group(t=13.799,15.599,Pall=0.000),and the level of LVEF was higher than in the control group(t=6.969,P=0.000),the serum BNP and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group(t=8.975,11.879,Pall=0.000).The adverse reactions of two groups were no significant difference statistically(χ2=0.525,P=0.469).Conclusion The Irbesartan-Hydrochlorothiazide tables combined with Metoprolol tablets can improve the cardiac function indictors,reduce the level of BNP and CRP,and have a better effect on chronic cardiac insufficiency in elderly patients.
