摘　　要：目的评价我院自主开发的辅助药师审方系统在实际应用中的效果,旨在提高审方效率、优化用药合理性,保障患者用药安全.方法通过对比系统运行前后的住院医嘱数据,采用Excel软件进行统计分析,并结合药师反馈意见,全面评价系统的应用效果.结果辅助药师审方系统有助于药师的审方工作,让药师们更容易发现易忽视的审方问题,大大减少了一些比较常见的低级错误,既提高了效率,又保证了审方质量.结论辅助药师审方系统虽然仍有不足,但可持续完善,有助于提升医院的合理用药水平,具有一定的推广价值.未来,我们将进一步完善系统功能,优化审方规则,为患者提供更加安全、有效的用药服务.Objective To evaluate the practical application effects of the self-developed auxiliary pharmacist prescription review system in our hospital,aiming to improve the efficiency of prescription review,optimize medication rationality,and ensure patient medication safety.Methods By comparing the inpatient medical orders before and after the system's implementation,statistical analysis was conducted using Excel software,and pharmacist feedback was incorporated to comprehensively evaluate the system's application effects.Results The auxiliary pharmacist prescription review system assists pharmacists in their review work,making it easier for them to identify easily overlooked issues and significantly reducing common minor errors.This has led to an improvement in both efficiency and review quality.Conclusion While there are still some limitations in the auxiliary pharmacist prescription review system,it can be further improved.The system has the potential to enhance the level of rational drug use in hospitals and possesses a certain value for promotion.In the future,we will further enhance the system's functionality and optimize the prescription review rules to provide patients with safer and more effective medication services.
