摘　　要：目的探讨吉林地区部分患者和无偿献血者的Rh表型.方法选取2023年7月1日-2024年6月30日无偿献血者血液3253袋以及833例患者血液,采用微柱凝胶法检测无偿献血者及患者血液Rh表型.结果无偿献血者A、B、O血型中Rh表型结果以CCDee占比最多,分别为339袋(10.42%)、450袋(13.83%)、369袋(11.34%);AB血型中Rh表型结果以CcDEe占比最多,为134袋(4.12%).患者A、O血型中Rh表型结果以CcDEe占比最多,分别为97例(11.64%)、105例(12.61%);B、AB血型中Rh表型结果以CCDee占比最多,分别为108例(12.97%)、36例(4.32%).结论吉林地区部分患者及无偿献血者Rh表型,以CcDEe及CCDee为主,临床选用与患者Rh表型相同或相近的悬浮红细胞输注,可减少Rh抗体的产生.Objective To explore the Rh phenotype analysis of some patients and voluntary blood donors in Jilin region.Methods 3253 bags of blood from unpaid blood donors from July 1,2023 to June 30,2024 and 833 cases of patients'blood were selected,and the Rh phenotype of blood from unpaid blood donors and patients was detected by microcolumn gel method.Results Among the A,B,and O blood types of voluntary blood donors,the highest proportion of Rh phenotype results were CCDee,with 339 bags(10.42%),450 bags(13.83%),and 369 bags(11.34%),respectively;the Rh phenotype results in AB blood type showed that CcDEe accounted for the highest proportion,with 134 bags(4.12%).The Rh phenotype results in patients A and O blood types showed that CcDEe accounted for the highest proportion in 97 cases(11.64%)and 105 cases(12.61%),respectively;the Rh phenotype results in B and AB blood type showed that CCDee accounted for the highest proportion,with 108 cases(12.97%)and 36 cases(4.32%),respectively.Conclusion Some patients and voluntary blood donors in Jilin region have Rh phenotypes,mainly CcDEe and CCDee.Clinical use of suspended red blood cells with similar or identical Rh phenotypes to patients can reduce the production of Rh antibodies.
