隔姜灸联合自拟中药方治疗腰椎间盘突出症60例效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察隔姜灸联合自拟中药方治疗腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果.方法选取我院2022年1月-2023年12月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者120例为研究对象.随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例.对照组给予口服扶他林片,外敷硫酸镁;观察组在治疗组的治疗基础上,给予自拟中药方联合隔姜灸血海、足三里、阴陵泉、阳陵泉、内膝眼、外膝眼、委中等主穴的治疗方法.观察比较两组患者的治疗效果;直腿抬高试验角度得分情况;治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、疼痛强度指数(PII)、疼痛分级指数(PRI)水平.结果治疗总有效率对比中,观察组(90.00%)比对照组(75.00%)高,差异显著,在痊愈率的比较中,观察组(58.33%)比对照组(25.00%)明显提高(χ2=1.201/2.332,P=0.000);直腿抬高试验中,治疗后观察组(76.5±5.8)度,高于对照组(61.6±6.1)度,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗,观察组患者的VAS、PII和PRI评分分别为(1.88±0.18)分、(0.86±0.06)分和(7.51±2.21)分,明显优于对照组的(3.90±0.62)分、(1.15±0.54)分和(10.03±2.67)分(P<0.05).结论隔姜灸联合自拟中药方治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,能有效缓解患者疼痛症状,改善患者活动功能,且安全可靠,值得临床推广应用.Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ginger moxibustion combined with self-formulated Chinese medicine prescription in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,120 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given oral Voltarin tablets and external magnesium sulfate;on the basis of the treatment of the treatment group,the observation group was given the treatment method of self-proposed Chinese medicine prescription combined with the main acupoints of ginger moxibustion,Xuehai,Zusanli,Yinling Spring,Yangling Spring,Inner Knee Eye,Outer Knee Eye,and Weizhong Main Acupoint.The treatment effect of the two groups was observed and compared.Straight leg raise test angle score;Visual analogue scale(VAS),Pain intensity index(PII),and pain rating index(PRI)levels before and after treatment.Results The observation group(90.00%)was higher than the control group(75.00%)in the total effective rate of treatment,in the comparison of the recovery rate,the observation group(58.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(25.00%)(χ2=1.201/2.332,P=0.000).In the straight leg raise test,the observation group was(76.5±5.8)degrees,which was significantly higher than the control group(61.6±6.1)degrees,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS,PII,and VSA scores of the observation group patients were(1.88±0.18)points,(0.86±0.06)points,and(7.51±2.21)points,respectively,which were significantly better than the control group's(3.90±0.62)points,(1.15±0.54)points,and(10.03±2.67)points(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine formula and ginger separated moxibustion has significant therapeutic effects on lumbar disc herniation,effectively relieving clinical symptoms and improving patient activity function.It is safe and reliable,and wor
