基于"治未病"理念的中药膏方对老年支气管哮喘患者的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的评估将"治未病"理念融入中药膏方治疗,并结合常规疗法对老年支气管哮喘患者的临床效果.方法本研究纳入2023年1月-2024年12月期间在我院就诊的80名60岁以上的支气管哮喘患者.采用随机分组方法,将患者平均分配到观察组和对照组,每组40例.对照组接受标准支气管哮喘治疗方案,而观察组则在此基础上辅以中药膏方干预.治疗12周后,比较两组患者肺功能指标(FEV1、PEF)、生活质量评分(AQLQ)、中医证候积分及临床疗效.结果治疗后,观察组FEV1、PEF、AQLQ评分上升,中医证候积分下降,且改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总有效率(90%)显著高于对照组(75%)(P<0.05).结论将"治未病"理念融入中药膏方,并与常规疗法相结合,不仅有效提高了老年支气管哮喘患者的呼吸功能,还明显改善了其生活质量,在缓解中医证候和提高整体治疗效果方面也表现出明显优势.Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of integrating the concept of preventive treatment of disease into the treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment combined with conventional therapy on elderly patients with bronchial asthma.Methods This study included 80 patients with bronchial asthma over 60 years old who were treated in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received standard bronchial asthma treatment regimen,while the observation group was supplemented with Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment intervention on this basis.After 12 weeks of treatment,the lung function indexes(FEV1,PEF),quality of life score(AQLQ),TCM syndrome score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of FEV1,PEF and AQLQ in the observation group increased,and the scores of TCM syndromes decreased,which were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(90%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(75%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Incorporating the idea of preventive treatment of disease into Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment and combining it with conventional therapy not only effectively improves the respiratory function of elderly patients with bronchial asthma,but also significantly improves their quality of life.It also shows obvious advantages in alleviating TCM syndromes and improving the overall treatment effect.
