摘　　要：目的探讨小儿推拿联合穴位贴对小儿肺炎体征、血氧和免疫的影响.方法选取2021年3月-2024年4月临沂市中医医院收治的132例肺炎患儿,随机分为研究组68例和对照组64例.在常规抗感染、口服布洛芬混悬液退热、雾化吸入布地奈德治疗基础上,对照组给予穴位贴,研究组给予小儿推拿联合穴位贴,均治疗1周.比较两组肺炎证候积分、生命体征和血氧指标、免疫球蛋白(Ig).结果与对照组相比,研究组治疗后发热、咳嗽、气喘、咳痰、食欲不振、精神萎靡的证候积分均较低(P<0.05);研究组治疗后呼吸(RR)、心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)均较低,血氧饱和度(SpO2)较高(P<0.05);研究组治疗后血清IgG、IgA、IgM水平均较低(P<0.05).结论小儿肺炎应用小儿推拿联合穴位贴治疗可有效减轻肺炎相关症状,提高血氧饱和度,改善免疫功能,值得临床推广.Objective To investigate the effect of pediatric massage combined with acupoint paste on the signs,blood oxygen and immunity of pneumonia.Methods A total of 132 children with pneumonia admitted to Linyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2021 to April 2024 were selected and randomly divided into 68 patients in the research group and 64 patients in the control group.On the basis of conventional anti-infection,oral ibuprofen suspension antipyretic,and aerosol budesonide inhalation,the control group was given acupoint paste,and the research group gave pediatric massage combined with acupoint paste,all treated for 1 week.Compare two groups of pneumonia points,vital signs and oxygen markers,immunoglobulin(Ig).Results Compared with the control group,the research group had lower symptom scores for fever,cough,asthma,sputum production,loss of appetite,and mental exhaustion after treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the respiratory rate(RR),heart rate(HR),and mean arterial pressure(MAP)of the research group were all lower,and the blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)was higher(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of serum IgG,IgA,and IgM in the research group were all low(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pediatric massage combined with acupoint paste treatment for pediatric pneumonia can effectively reduce the symptoms related to pneumonia,improve blood oxygen saturation and improve immune function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
