穴位敷贴结合中药足浴治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位敷贴结合中药足浴对寒凝血瘀型痛经患者的临床效果.方法将本院社区卫生服务中心中医科及妇科门诊收治的120例寒凝血瘀型痛经患者随机分为对照组及试验组,每组各60例,对照组给予常规治疗,试验组给予穴位敷贴结合中药足浴治疗.以CMSS、VAS评分变化及临床疗效为评价指标.结果治疗后,试验组的临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组CMSS、VAS评分下降明显,试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论给予寒凝血瘀型痛经患者穴位敷贴结合中药足浴,可以明显减少痛经临床症状,提高临床效果,值得推广.Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with herbal foot bath on patients with cold coagulation and blood stagnation type of dysmenorrhea.Methods A total of 120 patients with cold coagulation and blood stagnation type of dysmenorrhea admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Gynecology Clinic in the community health service center of our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the experimental group received acupoint application combined with herbal foot bath treatment.The Cox Menstrual Symptom Scale(CMSS),Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score changes,and clinical efficacy were used as evaluation indicators.Results After treatment,the clinical effectiveness rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups showed significant decreases in CMSS and VAS scores,with the experimental group having significantly lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cold coagulation and blood stagnation type of dysmenorrhea,the combination of acupoint application and herbal foot bath can significantly reduce clinical symptoms of dysmenorrhea and improve clinical efficacy,making it worthy of promotion.
