摘　　要：目的探讨中药贴敷涌泉穴联合推拿对夜啼患儿症状中医证候评分及睡眠质量的影响.方法选取我院2023年2月-2024年4月收治的118例夜啼患儿,按随机数表法分为对照组(59例)、研究组(59例);对照组予以推拿干预,研究组基于推拿再予以中药贴敷涌泉穴干预;对比两组干预效果、中医证候评分、夜啼次数与夜醒时间及睡眠质量.结果研究组干预总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组干预2个疗程后,中医证候评分中主症、次症及总分均较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组干预2个疗程后,夜啼次数较对照组低,夜醒时间较对照组短(P<0.05);研究组干预2个疗程后,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分较对照组低(P<0.05).结论夜啼患儿采用中药贴敷涌泉穴联合推拿干预效果较好,可改善症状中医证候评分,减少夜啼次数与夜醒时间,提升睡眠质量.Objective To explore the effects of Chinese medicine patch on Yongquan point combined with massage on TCM syndrome score and sleep quality of children with night crying.Methods A total of 118 children with night crying admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to April 2024 were divided into control group(59 cases)and study group(59 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with massage,while the study group was treated with Chinese medicine applied to Yongquan point.The intervention effect,TCM syndrome score,night cry frequency,night wake time and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The main syndrome,secondary syndrome and total score of the study group were lower than those of the control group after 2 treatment courses(P<0.05).After 2 treatment courses,the number of night cry in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the night wake time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The PSQI score of the study group was lower than that of the control group after 2 treatment courses(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Chinese medicine patch applied to Yongquan point combined with massage is better,which can improve the TCM syndrome score of symptoms,reduce the number of crying and waking time at night,and improve the sleep quality.
