清瘟解毒片中黄芩、牛蒡子含量测定方法的研究

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定清瘟解毒片中黄芩苷、牛蒡苷的含量.方法采用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷、牛蒡苷的含量,使用LC-2030C高效液相色谱仪,色谱柱:ZORBAX SB-C184.6×250mm 5µm SN:USCL092929,检测波长为230nm,流速为1.0ml/min,进样量10µl,柱温30℃,以甲醇-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(40∶65)为流动相.结果黄芩苷在0.2112-1.9008μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2=1),平均回收率为98.96%,RSD为1.19%.牛蒡苷在1.0184-9.1656μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.9998),平均回收率为97.81%,RSD为0.91%.结论该方法简单可行,可控制清瘟解毒片的质量.Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the determination of baicalin and arctiin in Qingwen Jiedu tablets.Methods The contents of baicalin and arctiin were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(LC-2030C)using ZORBAX SB-C_(18)4.6×250mm 5µm SN:USCL092929,the detection wavelength was 230nm.The flow rate was 1.0ml/min,the sample size was 10µl,and the column temperature was 30℃.The mobile phase was determined by methanol-0.05mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(40∶65).Results Baicalin showed a good linear relationship(R2=1)in the range of 0.2112-1.9008μg.The average recovery was 98.96%and RSD was 1.19%.Arctiside showed a good linear relationship in the RSD was 0.91%,range of 1.0184-9.1656μg(R^(2)=0.9998),and the average recovery was 97.81%.Conclusion The method is simple and feasible,and can control the quality of Qingwen Jiedu tablet.
