基于实证主义史学的《新雕孙真人千金方》版本特点考述

摘　　要：《新雕孙真人千金方》是20世纪80年代回传国内的《千金要方》重要版本。关于版本特点,学界主流观点认为其系北宋校正医书局校订之前的版本,较大程度上接近原貌;但亦存在不同认识。为厘清此一争议,文章根据德国史学家兰克提出的实证主义史学理论,运用内证法与外证法相结合的研究方法对该版本加以重审。从内证的角度而言,《新雕孙真人千金方》与目前已知最早且接近原书原貌的《真本千金方》文本内涵相同,文字表述相近,具有高度同源性,亦为《千金要方》早期传本。从外证的角度立论,《新雕孙真人千金方》与晋唐医学文献《小品方》(残卷)、《医心方》,在内容与语言上相似度较高,保留唐及唐以前医学特点。因此,文章认为该版本趋近于唐本原貌,可为孙思邈学术思想研究与临床应用等提供可靠的文献依据。New Carving SUN Zhenren Qianjin Fang is an important version of Qianjin Yao Fang hat was returned to China in the 1980s.Regarding its version characteristics,the mainstream view in academia is that it is a version before the Northern Song dynasty's correction of the Medical Book Bureau,which is largely close to the original appearance;But there are also different understandings.To clarify this issue,this article reassess the version based on the positivist historiography theory proposed by German historian Lanke,using a combination of internal and external evidence research methods.From the perspective of internal evidence,the New Carving SUN Zhenren Qianjin Fang has the same textual content and similar wording as the earliest known and closest to the original appearance of the Zhenben Qianjin Fang,and has a high degree of homology.It is also an early transmission of the Qianjin Yao Fang.From the perspective of external evidence,the New Carving SUN Zhenren Qianjin Fang has a high similarity in content and language with the medical literature of Xiaopian Fang(fragments) and Yixin Fang from the Jin and Tang dynasties,retaining the medical characteristics of the Tang and pre Tang dynasties.Therefore,the article believes that this version tends to resemble the original Tang version and can provide reliable literature basis for the research and clinical application of SUN Simiao's academic ideas.
